I'm Eleonora Ferretti, a Concept Artist and Background artist.
Let me tell you a bit more about myself: after a very short background as a graphic designer, I studied Animation for 3 years and Concept Art for video games for 1 year at the International School of Comics of Reggio Emilia. I also had a CGMA summer course about Layout and Background for Animation, along with other short Schoolism courses.
About my work experience, I started working as a freelance Color Key and Background Artist for Italian studios like Movimenti Productions and Delicatessen Visual Agency in 2018. After that I worked for Nasse Animation and Mad Entertainment as a Concept Artist until September 2021. In 2022 I had the pleasure to work as Art Director for Primal shape studio and after that, last year I started working as Concept artist for Animoka studio in Turin. I recently worked as Texture painter artist for Primal shape studio. During these years I also had the pleasure to work with Kawaii creative studio as Colorist in two Disney publishing Projects: Alice in wonderland and Never Girls first volume.
I mainly use Adobe Photoshop in my work, and I recently started to use Adobe Substance and Toon Boom Harmony.Sometimes I like experimenting with traditional techniques like watercolor and gouache. I love using color to emphasize the emotions in a story - that's why I like the color key part of a project. I like making funny designs and making people laugh with them, I always love making people laugh in every way. I'm looking for new opportunities to test myself and to meet new people.
